Transit has been discontinued.

What was Transit?

Transit was a file listing script that I previously developed. It featured a Tango colour scheme based design, made use of Tango icons (from freedesktop.org), and included many useful tools, such as:

AJAX file browsing
Breadcrumb Bar
Text Editor
Gallery
Image Browser with thumbnail generation
Support for icons for various file types
Support for restricted access, using user accounts controlled by a MySQL backend
The ability to delete, move and upload files
A tree view

Unfortunately Transit has, as of December 23^rd 2008, been discontinued. If you are interested in using Transit in your own website, please contact the developer for a quote.
